Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The shareholders of Al Buhaira National Insurance Co. (ABNIC) will discuss on 30 April cash dividends proposed by the board at 10% of capital for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The dividend payout stands at a total of AED 25 million.
The shareholders will also discuss, during their ordinary general meeting (OGM), the company’s balance sheet, and profit and loss statement for 2015.
